These sessions are designed to wrap you in knowledge and support as you prepare to welcome your baby. We’ll talk about what’s happening with your body, how to care for your emotional well-being, and simple ways to stay comfortable. You’ll also learn gentle techniques for labor—like breathing, movement, and birth planning—so when the big day arrives, you feel calm, confident, and cared for every step of the way.

Birth is a family journey, and I’m here to support everyone in the room. From steady reassurance and hands-on comfort for you, to guiding and encouraging your partner, my role is to keep your whole birth team grounded and confident. I’ll also advocate for your wishes—making sure your voice is heard and your choices are respected—so you can focus fully on welcoming your baby with love and peace of mind.

Bringing a new baby home is beautiful—and it can feel overwhelming too. I’ll be there to care for you as you care for your little one, with nourishing meals, newborn guidance, and a listening ear for the tender emotions that come with this season. My goal is to create a circle of support around your family, so you can rest, heal, and soak in the joy of these first precious weeks together.

Placenta encapsulation offers a gentle way to support your healing after birth. Your placenta is carefully prepared into capsules that may help restore energy, balance mood, and nourish your postpartum recovery. Along with capsules, I can also create lasting keepsakes—such as umbilical cord art—or prepare a tincture, which provides long-term support you can turn to well beyond the early weeks. This service is about honoring your birth journey while giving you meaningful tools for healing and remembrance. Please inquire.
